Passion Fruit Cream (Mousse)

Ingredients

Fresh cream
Egg whites (beaten stiff)
Passion fruit (2-3), juice only
a little [?] (unclear word, possibly sugar)

Method

Whip the fresh cream (about 3-4 min).
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Add a little [?] and the juice of 2-3 passion fruits.
Pour into cups/glasses.

A note from Goran:
