Bajadera (Choc-Nut Torte)

500gr almonds or walnuts
500gr biscuits
2x 120ml water
2x vanilla sugar
2x 130 gr. sugar
2x large spoons lemon juice
2x large spoons rum ? (I don't use [?])
2x 83 gr. butter
150gr white chocolate
150gr dark chocolate

Icing

83gr (1/3) butter
200gr dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)

Method

The bajadera turns out very dry.
